Liquid Only

Upgrade / existing: $5 per linear foot for customers who already had a termite treatment.

New customer: $6 per linear foot.

Never allow less than 1 hour, regardless of size, to account for driving distance, gas, restroom breaks, and related time.

Average planning rate: 2.5 technician-hours for every $1,000 of production. One technician is expected to complete roughly $400–$500 per hour. A $3,000 job should be achievable by two technicians in one workday.

Liquid + Baiting

New customer: $7.50 per linear foot.

The increased dollar amount carries less weight: a $1,500 combination job is approximately equal in labor and time to a $1,000 liquid-only job.

Boracare

Typically one technician.

Price: $1.25 per square foot treated.

Duration: roughly 1 hour per 1,000 square feet treated.

Attic Insulation

No fewer than 3 technicians.

Duration: roughly 3 hours per 2,000 square feet treated.

Price: insulation inches × square feet treated × $0.45.

Pretreat

Always one technician.

Price: $0.14–$0.32 per square foot.

Duration: roughly 30 minutes per 1,000 square feet treated.

Duration-Based Placement

Legacy slots: weekdays at 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 3:00 PM; Saturdays at 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

Forward plan: use actual duration to remove gaps.

  • 8:00 AM + 1-hour job → 9:30–9:45 AM next.
  • 9:45 AM + 2-hour job → noon next.
  • 8:00 AM + 6-hour job → 3:00 PM next.

If an opening runs 9:30 AM–noon, require 9:30 AM; do not present 10:30 AM as equally valid.
